His wife, Ruth, has had to cope with losing her spouse while he’s still alive.

He Makes A Good Point: Danger, Danger!

As a kid growing up I watched a lot of television. Cartoons, sitcoms, even the late night talk shows (don’t tell my mom!)

One of my absolute favorite shows was Lost In Space. Looking at it now, sure, it’s cheesy and all, but that robot is still pretty cool:

“Danger! Danger, Will Robinson!”

It makes me smile just writing that.  So as much as I’d like to say that this cartoon is funny or insightful or relevant, mostly it was an excuse to draw one of my favorite robots.

“Danger! Danger!”

Awesome.

Jamie Moyer will start the Colorado Rockies' second game of the season April 7 against the Houston Astros. If he wins, he'll be the oldest player in major league history to earn a victory. Jamie Moyer, at 49 years old, has made the Colorado Rockies starting rotation. Moyer, who is entering his 25th major-league season, posted a 2.77 ERA this spring and beat out 22-year-old Tyler Chatwood and 28-year-old Guillermo Moscoso for a rotation spot.
